Please follow the following steps（请按照以下步骤完成注册）:

STEP 1. Please revise your paper carefully to address the reviewers’ comments and suggestions. FINAL SUBMISSION IS REQUIRED, EVEN IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO YOUR ORIGINAL SUBMISSION.

（步骤1：请认真修改您的论文，以回应审稿人的评论和建议。即使你不打算对你的原始提交做任何修改， 终稿必须要提交到注册系统，以保证我们做论文集时，提交的是最终版本的论文。 终稿一旦提交，不经允许不能随意修改，否则导致提交出版的不是文章最终版本，责任自负。）

STEP 2. The final version of the papers should be 4 to 6 pages long, there will be an overpage fee for more than 6 pages, and the paper must be in English and using the Conference Template.

（步骤2：最终版本的论文长度为4 - 6页，超过页码需支付超页费，论文必须使用英文并使用论文模板。）

STEP 3. The registration must be completed by November 5. Failure to do so may result in your paper from being excluded from the final conference program and proceedings. Please click this link to register for this conference.

STEP 4. The final camera-ready version of your paper in PDF format must be submitted no later than November 5, please submit your final paper to the registration system when you finish the registration.
